After years of maintaining a traditional office structure, Barduson Architects chose in 2012 to transition to an innovative “virtual office” structure. Though several team members are based out of the home office, technology enables many to be based out of personal offices, allowing the staff size to swell with larger workloads. The smaller overhead and more agile staff allows for more individualized care and attention to our clients.
